What we collect
To build your plan, we store the information you provide: household member names, ages, and states; capital and direct-deposit capacity figures; bank history (institutions, account types, approximate dates, and confidence levels); and the accounts you choose to track, including their lifecycle status and key dates. We also store immutable snapshots of generated plans so we can show you how your plan changed over time.
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not collect bank login credentials, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or balances. The Service plans and tracks — it does not connect to your bank accounts or move money.
How your data is stored and protected
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, protected by row-level security so each account can only access its own records. Authentication is handled via secure session tokens; we never see or store your password in plain text.
How your data is used
Your data is used solely to generate your plan, power your tracker, and improve the Service. We do not sell personal data. We do not receive compensation from banks for featuring offers. If we ever introduce aggregated, anonymized statistics (for example, “average bonus posted across members”), they will never identify you.
Deletion and your choices
You may edit your details at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us via the site and we will remove your records, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Changes
We will update this policy as features evolve (for example, if optional bank-connection or email-import features are introduced, each will require your explicit opt-in and will be described here first).
