To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnWithBanks.com and its operators shall not be liable for any lost bonuses, denied applications, bank fees, credit inquiries, tax consequences, or other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service — including damages resulting from data delays or inaccuracies, server downtime, plan-generation errors, or user error in tracking. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for meeting the actual requirements set by banks, for complying with each institution's terms, and for your own tax obligations. The Service never opens accounts, moves money, or applies for products on your behalf.

You must provide accurate account information and may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity to financial institutions, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
